A legal disclaimer

We value every purchase and booking made with us, whether for the My Truth card game, the My Truth book, or our counselling services. This policy explains how refunds are handled for each.

1. My Truth Card Game

• Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the game is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your game arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Non-Returnable: Opened or used games cannot be returned unless defective.

2. My Truth Book

• Physical Books: Refunds are available within 14 days if the book is returned unused and in resaleable condition. Customer covers return postage unless the item is defective.

• Damaged or Misprinted Copies: Contact us within 7 days with evidence, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

• Digital Books (eBooks): Non-refundable once downloaded, except where legally required.

3. Counselling Services

• Cancellations: Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without charge.

• Late Cancellations / No Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

• Refunds: If you pre-paid for sessions and need to stop, unused sessions can be refunded, minus an administrative fee of [insert % or amount].

• Exceptional Circumstances: At our discretion, partial or full refunds may be granted in cases of emergencies or unforeseen events.

4. How to Request a Refund
